Practice teaching applies theory knowledge to practice.It is the focal point to improve the quality of education. It is the key point to influence students employment. It is the center point to realize professional positioning. From the perspective of the newly local undergraduate universities and colleges, the paper not only analyses problems of practice teaching in the public utiltity management profession ,but also puts forward some countermeasures to develope it.
