Hebei Province is a coastal province with excellent port resources. This paper describes the development of Hebei port and port industries, using Porter diamond theoretical model, from the view of factors of production, demand conditions, related industries and support industries’ performance, business strategy and performance of competitors, opportunities and government analyses Hebei port industry's competitive advantage, and made a number of suggestion to promote the development of the Hebei port industries.
