Abstract:With the rise of cultural tourism, museums have become important destinations for attracting tourists. As an important venue for showcasing marine culture, the National Maritime Museum's visitor feedback is of great significance in improving museum services and visitor experiences. LDA model was used to analyze 1 755 online reviews from visitors to the National Maritime Museum collected from Dianping.com and Ctrip.com between August and October 2023, aiming to gain a deeper understanding of visitors' concerns and factors influencing satisfaction levels. The recommendations are made which are enriching the variety and display forms of exhibits, strengthening management service level and improve service quality, promoting the integration development of museums with education, leveraging their social educational functions, and improving internal facilities and making reasonable use of surrounding environmental advantages. The research not only provides improvement strategies for the National Maritime Museum and other cultural tourism destinations but also offers new perspectives and methodologies for analyzing visitor feedback using text mining techniques.
