Abstract:The establishment and improvement of a green, low-carbon and circular economic development system has been an important strategic decision since the Party's 20th National Congress. However, according to statistics, China produces about 400 million used mobile phones every year, the recycling process is facing a series of challenges and difficulties. From the perspective of social ecosystem theory, the current situation of the public's participation in the recycling of used mobile phones was studied. By summarizing the survey subjects' idle mobile phones at home, the public's attitude and behavior towards the recycling of used mobile phones were analyzed. Countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from macro, meso and micro levels, aiming at promoting the public's active participation in the recycling of used mobile phones and building a green home.
