    摘要:

    在加快实现科技自立自强的背景下,推进关键核心技术的突破,打赢关键核心技术攻坚战,成为社会各界重点关注的问题。聚焦高技术产业领域关键核心技术“卡脖子”问题,基于技术预见的方法,研究了关键核心技术识别机制,并以AI芯片产业为例进行了关键核心技术识别的案例研究。最后,提出了高技术产业关键核心技术突破路径,为提升我国高技术产业自主可控能力,以及提升我国高技术产业在国际竞争中的地位和竞争力提供理论支撑。

    Abstract:

    Under the background of accelerating realization of Scientific and Technological Self-reliance, promoting the breakthrough of key core technologies and winning the battle of key core technologies have become the focus of attention of all sectors of society. Focusing on the “bottleneck” problem of key core technologies in high-tech industries, the identification mechanism of key core technologies was studied, based on the method of technology foresight. Taking the AI chip industry as an example, the case study of key core technology identification was conducted. Finally, the breakthrough path of key core technologies in high-tech industries is proposed providing theoretical support for improving the autonomous and controllable ability of Chinese high-tech industries, as well as improving the status and competitiveness of Chinese high-tech industries in international competition.
