Under the background of rural revitalization, the rapid development of non-agricultural industries in China has further expanded the proportion of non-agricultural employment, bringing profound changes and impacts to many aspects of society. Based on CiteSpace for visual analysis, a graph of the research hotspots, frontiers and trends in China's non-agricultural employment field was presented, systematically explain the connotation characteristics, practical value, current situation models, development directions and other hot topics in China's non-agricultural employment research field were strived. Based on this, a systematic review will be conducted to provide support and basis for promoting high-quality development in China's non-agricultural employment sector.
