Abstract:During the construction process of the PBA(pipe beam arch) method, the settlement of the strata is mainly concentrated in the initial support construction process. The new PBA station is based on the traditional single-layer 4-guide tunnel PBA station, combining the middle guide tunnel and sharing the middle partition to form a large cross-section constructed by the CD (center diaphragm)method. The law of strata settlement during the initial support construction process is difficult to grasp. In order to study the settlement law of the strata during the initial support construction process of the new PBA station, relying on a subway station constructed by the new PBA method in Beijing, the Peck theory, finite element numerical analysis, and on-site monitoring methods are combined to study and analyze the settlement law of the strata during the initial support construction process of the new PBA method at the station. The research findings can provide reference for the construction of similar stations in the future.
