    摘要:

    职业教育在乡村振兴中发挥着重要作用。运用嵌入性理论,系统分析漳州职业教育对漳州地区乡村经济的环境创设、组织衔接、主体关系的嵌入机理。通过实际案例分析,剖析职业教育嵌入性助力乡村振兴的实施路径。建议通过环境再嵌入、组织间再嵌入,以及实体双向再嵌入等维度,进一步增强职业教育对乡村振兴的推动力,完善职业教育助力乡村振兴的协调机制,构建一个有效的共生体系。

    Abstract:

    Vocational education plays an important role in rural revitalization. Using the embeddedness theory,the embeddedness mechanism of Zhangzhou vocational education on the environmental creation, organizational cohesion and subject relationship of rural economy in Zhangzhou area is systematically analyzed. Through the analysis of actual cases, the implementation path of vocational education embeddedness is analyzed to help rural revitalization. It is proposed to further enhance the driving force of vocational education for rural revitalization, improve the coordination mechanism of vocational education to help rural revitalization, and build an effective symbiotic system through the dimensions of environmental re-embedding, inter-organizational re-embedding and entity two-way re-embedding.
