Abstract:In order to explore the role of the educational environment in the process of talent growth, the resume analysis method was used to interpret and analyze the educational environment of 81 academicians in Hubei Province, and the growth characteristics of different educational stages were revealed, in addition to individual efforts, solid basic education, diversified and compound higher education, open-minded family education, and excellent mentorship all played a crucial role in talent development. On this basis, strategies for cultivating and nurturing scientific and technological leaders are proposed, which include leveraging the foundational role of primary and secondary education to unleash the potential of scientific talents, utilizing the strengths of higher education institutions to enhance the quality of talent cultivation, ensuring a stable and supportive family environment that fosters freedom and openness, and emphasizing the importance of mentorship and strengthening the construction of scientific innovation teams.
