    摘要:

    利用2005—2021年安徽省相关统计数据,将影响工业用水消耗的原因分解为产出效应、结构效应和技术效应,并基于用水系数和LMDI-I(迪氏指数相关的完全分解模型)动态演绎安徽省工业行业用水消耗。研究发现:安徽省规模以上工业行业的用水系数在样本期内有所波动,但耗水性质比较稳定;在研究期间,安徽省工业用水量总体呈现出波动中上升的态势,其中产出效应加剧了工业用水消耗,技术效应在多数年份能够抑制安徽省工业用水量的增加,而结构效应则呈现出抑制和促进交替分布的规律。

    Abstract:

    Based on the relevant statistical data of Anhui Province from 2005 to 2018, the influencing factors of industrial water consumption are decomposed into output effect, structural effect and technical effect. Based on the water consumption coefficient and LMDI-I (logarithmic mean Divisia index complete decomposition method), the dynamic deduction of industrial water consumption in Anhui Province is analyzed. It is found that the water consumption coefficient of industrial industries above designated size in Anhui province fluctuates during the sample period. However, the water consumption of the whole industry is relatively stable. During the study period, the total effect was positive in most periods, and the industrial water consumption in Anhui Province showed an upward trend in fluctuation. Among them, the output effect intensifies the industrial water consumption, the technical effect can restrain the increase of industrial water consumption in most years, while the influence of structural effect on industrial water consumption is unstable, showing the law of restraining and promoting alternate distribution.
