Small and medium-sized enterprises is a very strong part of economic development in our country, but there is a lack of research on their competitiveness.Based on Professor Jin Bei's definition of enterprise competitiveness, the evaluation index system of small and medium-sized enterprises' competitiveness from three aspects of regional influence, operation power and growth and development power was constructed, factor analysis method was used to establish the evaluation model, and the competitiveness of industrial small and medium-sized enterprises in Changping District wss analyzed. Changping District with Fangshan, Fengtai, Pinggu, Haidian, Tongzhou, Miyun, Yanqing seven districts were compared, it is found that the capital management ability and operation management ability of industrial small and medium-sized enterprises in Changping District need to be further strengthened.
