    摘要:

    装配式建筑物化阶段的年平均碳排放量在其整个生命周期中占最大比例,为有效推动装配式建筑的绿色可持续发展,文章从碳排放足迹及碳源角度出发综合识别在物化阶段影响装配式建筑碳排放的关键因素,建立了系统动力学模型来量化这些因素对碳排放的影响,并实证分析验证模型有效性,通过仿真模拟对现行条件下我国装配式建筑的碳排放情况进行预测与分析。结果表明,材料利用率、车辆油耗、预制率水平是影响碳排放的主要因素,为促进“双碳”背景下建筑业可持续发展的政策制定提供了借鉴参考。

    Abstract:

    The annual average carbon emissions of prefabricated building in the physical and chemical phase account for the largest proportion in their entire life cycle. In order to effectively promote the green and sustainable development of prefabricated building, the key factors that affect the carbon emissions of prefabricated building in the physical and chemical phase from the perspective of carbon footprint and carbon sources were comprehensively identified, a system dynamics model to quantify the impact of these factors on carbon emissions was established, and the effectiveness of the model was empirically analyzed and verified. The carbon emission of prefabricated building in China was predicted and analyzed through simulation. The results indicate that material utilization rate, vehicle fuel consumption, and prefabrication rate are the main factors affecting carbon emissions, providing reference for policy formulation to promote sustainable development of the construction industry in the context of “dual carbon”.
