    摘要:

    在日益复杂的VUCA时代,不变使企业处于危险境地,变才有可能存在一线生机。基于动态能力理论,从高管团队层面出发构建企业突变创新过程模型,引入动态能力作为中介变量来解释高管团队行为整合对突变创新的具体影响路径,并解析团队正念对这一因果关系链的调节作用机理。选取中国制造业和信息技术服务业公司作为研究对象,实证检验发现,高管团队行为整合增强了企业动态能力,进而提高了企业突变创新的可能性;团队正念显著调节高管团队行为整合与企业突变创新。研究结论对于企业的危机应对具有启示作用。

    Abstract:

    In the increasingly complex VUCA era, the enterprise is made into a dangerous situation by constant, and it is possible to have a glimmer of vitality. Based on the theory of dynamic capabilities, a process model of enterprise radical innovation from the perspective of top management team was constructed,dynamic capabilities as an intermediary variable to explain the specific impact path of top management team behavior integration on radical innovation were introduced, and the moderating effect of team mindfulness on this causal chain was analyzed. The China 's manufacturing and information technology service industry companies were selected as the research object. The empirical test finds that the integration of executive team behavior enhances the dynamic ability of enterprises, which in turn increases the possibility of sudden innovation of enterprises. Team mindfulness significantly moderates top management team behavior integration and enterprise radical innovation. The conclusions have implications for enterprises ' crisis response.
