Abstract:In the increasingly complex VUCA era, the enterprise is made into a dangerous situation by constant, and it is possible to have a glimmer of vitality. Based on the theory of dynamic capabilities, a process model of enterprise radical innovation from the perspective of top management team was constructed,dynamic capabilities as an intermediary variable to explain the specific impact path of top management team behavior integration on radical innovation were introduced, and the moderating effect of team mindfulness on this causal chain was analyzed. The China 's manufacturing and information technology service industry companies were selected as the research object. The empirical test finds that the integration of executive team behavior enhances the dynamic ability of enterprises, which in turn increases the possibility of sudden innovation of enterprises. Team mindfulness significantly moderates top management team behavior integration and enterprise radical innovation. The conclusions have implications for enterprises ' crisis response.
