As the main spatial form of contemporary economic and social development, urban agglomeration is an important part of regional economic development. Based on the Guanzhong Plain urban agglomeration, the urban toughness of the Guanzhong Plain urban agglomeration is measured and analyzed from the perspective of coordinated development. First, an evaluation system of urban toughness is constructed from the four dimensions of economy, society, infrastructure construction and environment, and then the urban toughness of the Guanzhong Plain Urban Agglomeration from 2011 to 2020 is measured by entropy method, and the whole urban agglomeration and each subsystem are analyzed. Through the research, it can be concluded that the four dimensions have different degrees of impact on urban resilience. Among them, economic resilience Guanzhong has the most significant impact on urban resilience. Guanzhong Plain urban agglomeration has low comprehensive toughness and uneven development. But in recent years, it has been showing a gradual upward trend. Finally, it puts forward policy suggestions on the coordinated development of cities and the improvement of urban resilience.
