All-for one tourism is the active integration of various industries and departments, joint management, and the participation of all residents of the city. It makes full use of all the attraction elements of the destination to provide tourists who come to travel with the whole process, all time and space experience products, thus comprehensively satisfies tourists' all-round experience needs. Taking Kangle County of Linxia Prefecture as the research object and the current situation of domestic tourism development, the current situation of global tourism research at home and abroad are analyzed,in order to fully understand the development status and resource development of Kangle County. It is believed that Kangle County has the necessity and feasibility of developing global tourism. Then combined with the status quo, the whole area tourism of Kangle County is planned and studied in terms of spatial layout, transportation system and spatial pattern construction, and global tourism service facilities. Finally, comprehensive research analysis and planning and design are put forward to provide scientific guidance for the development of tourism in Kangle County.
