Participating in cloud platform is one of the important implemented approaches to promote transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry in China. In view of the current manufacturing enterprises to participate in the low degree of industrial internet platforms, the evolutionary game model among the government, manufacturing enterprises and the Internet platform is constructed firstly . The gradually stability of participating behavior of manufacturing enterprises to participate in industrial internet platform is analyzed.MATLAB software is used to simulate the influence of important decision variables on the participation behavior of manufacturing enterprises. The research results show that the probability of manufacturing enterprises choosing to access industrial internet platform is positively correlated with the additional income of industrial Internet platform and the opportunity loss without access, and is negatively correlated with the risk loss of industrial Internet platform.Finally, it puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote manufacturing enterprises to access industrial Internet platform.
