Abstract:Based on 16 empirical studies on the impact of waste treatment facilities on residential prices, a Meta-analysis is conducted to explore the influencing factors of surrounding residential price fluctuations caused by waste treatment facilities, and to analyze the specific influence and direction of these factors. The research results show that: on the whole, the waste treatment facilities have a depreciation effect on the surrounding houses, and the average depreciation rate of the houses is 10.4%. Distance variables, building variables, location characteristics, neighborhood characteristics and method variables have significant effects on the fluctuation amplitude of the garbage treatment facilities and surrounding housing prices.Through studies, to provide a theoretical basis for the management of negative externalities of waste treatment facilities.
