Abstract:The degree of coupling coordination between multi-functional utilization of urban construction land and high-quality urban development in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and its temporal and spatial laws is explored , so as to better provide reference for the rational layout of urban development land in Guangxi. Based on the entropy weight TOPSIS method, the multifunctional utilization level of urban construction land and the high-quality urban development level of 14 cities in Guangxi from 2010 to 2019 were evaluated, and the coupling coordination degree model, relative development model and spatial autocorrelation analysis method were used to quantitatively analyze the spatial and temporal differentiation pattern between them. The results show that ,the multi-functional utilization of urban construction land and the degree of high-quality urban development generally showed a steady upward trend over time, and each city fluctuated to varying degrees the degree of coupled coordinated development experienced a development process of "serious imbalance → extreme coordination". In terms of spatial pattern, it shows the overall characteristics of “West and East of Guangxi are on the verge of imbalance—general coordination in central Guangxi-intermediate coordination in southern Guangxi-advanced coordination in northern Guangxi”, with obvious differences between regions.Moran between cities in Guangxi The index is negative and is not greatly affected by neighboring cities. The multi-functional utilization of urban construction land is closely related to the high-quality development of the city. In the future, we should focus on the economy and five major development concepts, give full play to the regional advantages, and promote the sustainable development of Guangxi.
