Because of the current fierce competition in construction market , enterprises need to maximize the project quality and win the market by reasonably organizing the limited resources, and the QC group is an effective organization form of quality improvement. Taking the appearance quality control of fair-faced concrete of connecting corridor as an example, using of QC means for management, the reasons are analyzed , countermeasures are put forward for reasonable control.The quality inspection results show that the appearance quality of fair-faced concrete is significantly improved and the expected purpose of QC activities is completed, It lays the foundation for guiding similar projects in the future.
