Abstract:The regional integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta has become an national strategy, and behind the top-level design of the national planning outline, it is in urgent need of the support and coordination of the policies planning of Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Anhui. Based on the comparative perspective of policies planning for promoting integrated development in Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Anhui, the regional industrial policy planning proposed by Jiangsu Province in implementing integrated development general outline is discussed, and briefly the similarities and differences between Jiangsu province and Shanghai, Zhejiang Province as well as Anhui Province is analyzed in policy planning and implementation. The research shows that Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Anhui, one city and three provinces have relatively clear cognition and goals for the implementation of integrated industrial development planning, which is corresponding to the key points of the 14th Five-Year Plan and the long-term goal of 2035 and highlights the strategic significance of further building the Yangtze River Delta into the most influential and dynamic growth pole in China, and the positive impacts of the integration policies should be brought into full play by the coordination and integration of industrial policies of one city and three provinces so that the Yangtze River Delta region can achieve high-quality development and enhance its economic competitiveness.
