    摘要:

    为提升高铁运行的安全水平,提升高铁司机的安全绩效,基于理论分析,从员工个体感受层面建立服务型党组织所带来的服务型领导感知、工作旺盛感、情感承诺与安全绩效之间的假设模型。通过问卷分析468名高铁司机的有效数据完成建设模型的验证。通过量化研究补充安全绩效研究中关于员工主观感受对安全绩效影响机制的研究,完善安全绩效影响机制中个体的认知与感知的两个维度。同时验证了服务型党组织建设对员工感知的影响以及所带来的安全绩效影响,提出重视员工感受、重视服务型党组织建设、重视跨纬度提升安全水平的实际安全绩效提升的工作建议。

    Abstract:

    In order to improve the safety level of high-speed railway operation and the safety performance of high-speed railway drivers, based on theoretical analysis, a hypothetical model was established between service-oriented leadership perception, work exuberance, emotional commitment and safety performance brought by service-oriented party organization from the perspective of employees' personal feelings.Through the questionnaire analysis of 468 high-speed rail drivers' effective data, the construction model was verified. The study complements the research on the influence mechanism of employees' subjective feelings on safety performance through quantitative research, and improves the two dimensions of individual cognition and perception in the influence mechanism of safety performance. At the same time, it also verifies the impact of the construction of service-oriented party organization on employees' perception and safety performance, and puts forward some work suggestions ,including paying attention to employees' perception, the construction of service-oriented party organization, and the improvement of actual safety performance.
