Abstract:In order to improve the safety level of high-speed railway operation and the safety performance of high-speed railway drivers, based on theoretical analysis, a hypothetical model was established between service-oriented leadership perception, work exuberance, emotional commitment and safety performance brought by service-oriented party organization from the perspective of employees' personal feelings.Through the questionnaire analysis of 468 high-speed rail drivers' effective data, the construction model was verified. The study complements the research on the influence mechanism of employees' subjective feelings on safety performance through quantitative research, and improves the two dimensions of individual cognition and perception in the influence mechanism of safety performance. At the same time, it also verifies the impact of the construction of service-oriented party organization on employees' perception and safety performance, and puts forward some work suggestions ,including paying attention to employees' perception, the construction of service-oriented party organization, and the improvement of actual safety performance.
