Abstract:Starting from the current situation of higher education level in ASEAN countries Myanmar, using SPSS software, based on Entropy TOPSIS model,the higher education level and its differences in Myanmar in 2014, 2015 and 2016 is evaluated and compared. The results show that: there are great differences in the development level of higher education in different regions of Myanmar, Yangon region and Mandalay region have the highest degree of relative closeness, Naypyitaw and Kayin state are the two lowest ranking regions, and they have a big gap compared with the first and second ranking Rangoon province and Mandalay Province in the development level of higher education. Therefore, the relevant departments of Myanmar government should pay attention to it, and makes use of reasonable policy regulation to reduce the gap.
