    摘要:

    从东盟国家缅甸的高等教育水平现状出发,利用SPSS软件,基于熵权-TOPSIS模型,对2014、2015、2016年缅甸各地区的高等教育水平及其差异进行测评与比较。结果发现,缅甸各地区的高等教育发展水平差异性很大,仰光省和曼德勒省的相对接近度最高,内比都市和克伦邦是排名倒数的两个地区,它们与排名第一、第二的仰光省和曼德勒省的高等教育发展水平相比差距很大。因此,缅甸政府相关部门必须予以重视,并利用政策合理调控,以减小这种差距。

    Abstract:

    Starting from the current situation of higher education level in ASEAN countries Myanmar, using SPSS software, based on Entropy TOPSIS model,the higher education level and its differences in Myanmar in 2014, 2015 and 2016 is evaluated and compared. The results show that: there are great differences in the development level of higher education in different regions of Myanmar, Yangon region and Mandalay region have the highest degree of relative closeness, Naypyitaw and Kayin state are the two lowest ranking regions, and they have a big gap compared with the first and second ranking Rangoon province and Mandalay Province in the development level of higher education. Therefore, the relevant departments of Myanmar government should pay attention to it, and makes use of reasonable policy regulation to reduce the gap.
