Scientific and technological innovation is the power to promote economic development. Based on the improved gravity model, the regional scientific and technological innovation connection matrix is constructed, and the network characteristics of regional scientific and technological innovation connections are studied by social network analysis. The research concluded that the level of regional technological innovation capability varies greatly in China, and it needs to be promoted.
