Abstract:The workload of controllers is an important factor affecting airspace capacity and flight punctuality rate. The traditional methods do not fully consider the characteristics of "dual-post system" of control posts in China, which leads to more and more serious asymmetrical workload. Based on the DORATASK method, this paper reclassifies the controller workload and determines the dual-post controller workload measurement model. By collecting data on the spot in Beijing terminal area, the workload of control and coordination seats in the "double-post system" was counted, and finally the data correlation was verified and analyzed by MATLAB simulation. The results show that the model proposed in this paper can effectively and accurately evaluate the workload of control and coordination seats.
