    摘要:

    管制员的工作负荷是影响空域容量和航班正点率的重要因素,传统的方法里没有充分考虑我国管制岗位“双岗制”的特点, 从而导致不对称的工作负荷越来越严重。借鉴DORATASK方法对管制员工作负荷重新分类,确定了双岗制管制员工作负荷测量模型。通过在北京终端区实地采集数据,分别对“双岗制”中的管制席和协调席工作量进行了统计,最后用MATLAB仿真对数据相关性进行了验证分析。结果表明,研究提出的模型可以有效和准确地对管制席和协调席工作负荷进行评估。

    Abstract:

    The workload of controllers is an important factor affecting airspace capacity and flight punctuality rate. The traditional methods do not fully consider the characteristics of "dual-post system" of control posts in China, which leads to more and more serious asymmetrical workload. Based on the DORATASK method, this paper reclassifies the controller workload and determines the dual-post controller workload measurement model. By collecting data on the spot in Beijing terminal area, the workload of control and coordination seats in the "double-post system" was counted, and finally the data correlation was verified and analyzed by MATLAB simulation. The results show that the model proposed in this paper can effectively and accurately evaluate the workload of control and coordination seats.
