Technological innovation has a relatively strong driving effect on economic development and is the endogenous driving force of its development. In order to explore the coordinated development of the two, this paper constructs two index systems of technological innovation and regional economic development, forming a total of 11 indexes of technological innovation and 4 indexes of economic and social development. Through the standardized processing of data, the coordination degree model is used for measurement. The study found that in Jinhua City from 2015 to 2018, the technological innovation and the comprehensive level of economic and social development of Jinhua City have improved to varying degrees, and the degree of synergy is basically stable, but there are obvious differences. The lagging development of science and technology in cities at all levels is serious, and technological innovation and development should be strengthened to optimize the industrial structure.
