Currently servitization has become the key means and development direction for manufacturing enterprises to obtain competitive advantages. By systematically sorting out the practical development and existing achievements of servitization of manufacturing industry, the connotation and characteristics of servitization of manufacturing industry are analyzed, and the logic main line of servitization's motivation, process mechanism and results is followed, and the logic framework and key research problems of servitization of manufacturing industry are summarized.
