Abstract:The booming Internet economy propels the innovation on the Internet platform. This paper focuses on the innovation process of three companies by timeline. The case study shows three distinctive features: the customer-centered strategic shifts the value creation process to customer; more flexible cooperation between partners and significantly increase innovation efficiency; great ability to adapt to uncertain situations. Meanwhile, the study also proposes that there is a potential lack of core technologies in the innovations model and lack of innovation in the production end. Based on the studies, the paper puts forward proposals for innovation and development as follows: to strengthen the innovation at the production-end as to improve the quality of innovation; to improve the business ecosystem to get the innovation capabilities.
