This article studied the poverty alleviation modes and the ways out of poverty through the case study of Anhua county’s poverty alleviation based on its dark tea industry.Anhua county’s specific models of poverty alleviation are “company+base+famers” and “cooperative+base+farmers”,this article also analyzed whose roles in helping reduce Anhua county’s poverty, and summarized the experiences of Anhua’s poverty alleviation.With reference to the experiences of Anhua’s poverty alleviation based on “Internet+dark tea industry”,this article has put forward four advices for the poverty alleviation models based on “Internet+agriculture”:strengthening the infrastructure construction of this kind of poverty alleviation, building some leading industrial agricultural enterprises and cooperatives; exerting the advantages of this kind of poverty alleviation and seizing various poverty alleviation opportunities; improving the government's abilities exerted in the poverty alleviation based on “Internet+agricultural" and building well-directed industrial poverty alleviation institutions as well as organization structures; establishing a good path that is favorable for anti-poverty,and establishing a closely connected profit-sharing mechanism so as to maximize the poor households interests.
